    We start with the outcome you want. Then we map the reputation you need to earn to make it possible.

    The outcome is your aligned reputation vision. It's the reputation you ultimately need to achieve your economic goals. It must be amplified by your brand and marketing, and shared by everyone in your organisation. Once we've defined it, we guide you through a process to:

    1. Uncover stakeholder expectations. Understand how your key stakeholders perceive your organisation and the value it creates, or the value they wish it would create.
